Short trips or hard day trips can be taken during a visit in the surroundings of the Jeseníky mountains.

By foot through Jeseníky

Turistika JeseníkyJeseníky mountains are ideal for hiking, you can take short and intensive walks during your visit to the Thermal Spa Velké Losiny. You can go from Červenohorské sedlo, which is the basis for major touristic and cycling trails on the surrounding ridges and start to the oldest nature reserve in Moravia Šerák - Keprník. Or you can make a trip to Rejvíz - the largest peat bog in Moravia. Gurgling waterfalls can be found in the valley of river Bílá Opava, this trail is part of the National Nature Reserve Praděd. Or you can go to the highest mountain of Moravia - Praděd (1492 m).

Cykloturistika v JeseníkáchBicycle trips through Jeseníky are experiences on the move. The beauty of the Jeseníky mountains, their sometimes harsh face, steep climbings and long views are best to experience on a bike. Whether you go for a day trip or if you travel only a few miles, you will be pleasantly surprised. A suitable trip is possible to find for everyone, for trained cyclists or just for families with children.
Extra tip! Witch cycling - thematic educational cycle routes will take you to places connected with the witch trials, which took place in Jesenik and Šumperk in the 17th century.

Climbing area Rabštejn

The largest climbing area of North Moravia. Climbing slopes consists of two clusters - front cliffs (height 15-20 m) and back rock (timber with castle ruins Rabštejn and height to 37 meters). In total there are more than a hundred ways. Climbing activities are permitted at Rabštejn year. The rocks are located about 5 km south from the saddle Skřítek. By car you can get to Bedřichov.

Fishing

Peaceful and beautiful surroundings of Velké Losiny with tanks, tributaries of the Morava and Desna are ideal for fishing. The Kocian pond (6 km) is located in the center of the village Loucna nad. Desnou (6 km). On the bank is a stylish restaurant with facilities for sport fishing. You can rent fishing equipment for a fee. Pond in Sobotín (8 km) is located at the end of the village, the fishing permission is for a day-long. If you do not have fishing equipment, you can rent it for a fee. The tanks and tributaries of the Morava and Desna rivers offer trout and out-trout preserves.
