Cancellation conditions of accommodation:

• Within 28 days before arrival – no charge
• 27 – 21 days before arrival 5% of the price
• 20 – 15 days before arrival 10% of the price
• 14 – 3 days before arrival 30% of the price
• Less than 3 days before arrival 50% of the price
• On the day of arrival: 100% of the price

• Stay with dogs and other animals is not possible
• Smoking in the all spa hotels is not possible
